Our Story
My career began in the label and flexible packaging industry, progressing from production and business start-ups into training, technical support and consultancy.
In 2008, whilst working independently in South Africa under the Flexo Hand brand, I began supporting businesses through print training and technical consultancy. As projects evolved globally, I discovered that many operational challenges were not solely technical. The greatest opportunities often existed within people, communication, development and organisational culture.
What started as print training soon became a broader commitment to helping businesses solve challenges, improve performance and help develop operators into leaders.

Across projects spanning different organisations and cultures, one common theme consistently emerged: the needs of people and the needs of the business were closely aligned, yet opportunities for growth and development were often missed.
